Skid Kid, you arnt the only one having trouble, my money was going down now i think i'm back on track,
suspended errors come up, but the webmaster said he will be fixing it soon.

Why such a varied fleet. Why not have two ATR72-500. If i can be bothered i will set up a low fare airline and shall start from Carlisle using some light props and maybe B737-700's. Anyway we shall see. I already have sources for the B737-700's since Easyjet is ditching a load i will just say thats where they came from. Do you need to register aircraft on the game or not?

Well my plans are as follows:
Carlisle to:
Manchester 1x daily (ATR)
Birmingham 1x daily (ATR)
Dublin 1x daily (737)
London Gatwick 1x daily (737)
Paris CDG 2x daily (737?)
Amsterdam 2x daily (737?)
Frankfurt Main 1x daily (737)
Expansions to
Munich 1x daily (737)
Prague 3x weekly (737)
Dusseldorf 1x daily (737)
Budapest 2x weekly (737)
Warsaw 2x weekly (737)
So thats a fleet of 1 ATR and 3 737's
The next plan would be to open my second base up at Dundee using upto three ATR's for servuces to:
Manchester 1x daily
London Gatwick 2x daily
Dublin 1x daily
Paris CDG 1x daily
Amsterdam 2x daily
Frankfurt 1x daily
Belfast 1x daily
Then from there i would proceed further to open bases at Aberdeen, Manchester, Newcastle and Birmingham.

The price all comes down to compotition, try and have a lower price than your compettiors.
If there is no competitors on the route well it is up to you what price, ass long as you make a profit :P.

No need to dispear you can now fly from Carlisle to Frankfurt Hahn fo 90 euros and to Warsaw for just 99 euros. See Jet U.K. with its airline value of about 19,000. Where is everyone elses airlines. Oh by the way have you lot put in charges for drinks and meals.

Jet U.K. hopes to expand its current fleet from 1 owned and 1 leased ATR72-500 to 12 ATR72-500's by the end of its third year. The airline flies from the Cumbrian City of Carlisle to two domestic and two european routes and plans to significantly grow out of Carlisle and also open a second base in the Scottish City of Dundee but if this is going to happen Dundee needs to significantly improve facilities to cope with the extra flights that Jet U.K. intends to offer in the not to distant future.
Current routes are as follows:
- Dublin from 85 Euros
- Frankfurt Hahn from 90 Euros
- London City from 75 Euros
- Warsaw from 105 Euros

Fly Scotland has been having difficulties with bigger competitors and to keep money still going Fly Scotland was forced to lease 2 Short 360-300'S
Fleet:
G-FSAA Shorts 360-200

G-FSAC Shorts 360-200 ( up for leasse)
G-FSAD Shorts 360-200 ( up for leasse)
G-FSAE ATR 72-500

Well have those there aircraft been taken up on lease. Since my ATR72-500 is soon to return to it lessor and my attempt to purchase a much more efficient Saab 340 were not allowed because i had not enough money. I will when the time comes to pay for the aircraft. My aircraft are currently
EI-JUA and unknown since it is a leased ATR i am not able to re-register. The Saab 340 was going to be a replacement on the highly profitable London City route whilst frequencies to Warsaw and Frankfurt were to be reduced to allow for the Dublin flights. But since that has gone to the dogs as it is i am forced to look for an alternative and those 360-200's may just do the trick of the lease period is long enough.

No wait i am not ready until my ATR72 is ready to return to its lessor. I shall also wait to see if i get my Saab 340 before taking this deal if thats okay?.
I was also thinking of designing a livery for an ATR72-500 in Jet UK colours for FS2004. It would probably be an all white at first since i need to figure out how to input stuff into FSIM games when i have the time and also find a ATR72-500 model to fly.

I just checked the range of a Shorts 360 isnt going to be long enough for my future plans. So i think i shall hold of unless you can lease an aircraft then lease it out again. Just wondering if that is possible. Then i might put a 125 commission on both of you aircraft per month.

Ever since I started flying 0.5 leg iso 1 or multiple legs I make a lot more money, also it doesn't matter for scheduling new flights.
I can fly from my hub to any destination one way and still have the plane available to set up another 0.5 leg!

I have decided not to replace one ATR72-500 due to return to the leasing agent but instead cut routes a follows.
Warsaw 2x daily down to 1x daily
Frankfurt Hahn 1.5 daily down to 1x daily
Dublin 3x daily down to 1.5 daily
London City will remain 2x daily operated with the Shorts 360 i am now leasing from Fly Scotland for six months. This should within the next few months allow me to buy a Saab 340 which hopefully will be leased out for a month before replacing the Shorts 360.
By the way thanks G-NIKO i appreciate the cheap rates for lease. Word of advice. Next time you lease out aircraft look at what money you would make on routes the aircraft serves which is given under the view/buy section and use a calculator to figure out how much that is for the month (24 hours) Once you have this figure ensure that you put the leasing price for however many months it a little bit above this otherwise you will actually lose money by leasing the aircraft out.

i couldn't make routes with them, i didn't have enough to open gate as i route caused me to go bankrupt, found out it was one of my brotheres airline, dono what one he has that many, tut tut.
my money is rising again as i will be planning for expansion.

i don't no what one he uses now, he has Fly GB, UK Lines or something, portugeese line and more that i lately forgot, i found his airline called futura that he didn't tell me about, he will probably have more, his airline now is from Germany, or he may have started another one. tut tut

Ah yes Fly GB i recognise the name of. I wonder how long before i can drive it out of business. Only kidding it has a different base to Jet UK so it is alright. With regards to competition i have only got competition on one route. That being Carlisle to Dublin where i have to compete with an Aer Eire B737-300 and a Whine Air ATR72-500. At the moment i have the controlling share with the middle price and 3 flights a day. Air Eire has the cheapest fare but only one daily flight and Whine Air is operating with 2% of the market with the highest fare and 2.5 flights a day.

Kirkwall-Birmingham
I'm competing with an Air Works 737-300ER, i have the lowest price with 2 flights a day, and i have 75% of the market as air works operates the highest price an operates there once a day.
