Hi, Since yesterday night, a new screening procedure is running. Each photo posted, will be screened by a minimum of two different screeners. - The two screeners want to accept the picture -> the photo is accepted - The two screeners want to reject the picture -> the photo is rejected - One screener want to accept the photo and one want to refuse the picture, a third screener will view the picture, this third vote will lead to the final decision. I think this is the better way to handle the picture, in order to have a fair screening. In consequence, the screening process will be a little slower. In order to accelerate the photo screening process, we are looking for one or two screeners. Requirements to become a screener - A larger number of photos in the database and few or no rejects. - Ability to be totally neutral at all times. - Have a lot of free time to spend in screening pictures. - Ability to screen photo for a long run. The job is voluntary so there is no payment. All screeners are Premium Member for free.
