I MONTHLY FLY TO DUBAI WITH EMIRATES IN FIRST CLASS OR ALITALIA IN BUSINESS CLASS AND SOMETIMES I HAD SOME PROBLEM FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE WITH THE CREW.
WHY BOTH THE COMPANY NEVER ANSWER TO ME WHEN I WRITE TO THEM FOR THIS PROBLEMS??

Dear MACA,
First you ask EMIRATES - TYPEOF FLY FOR DUBAI FROM ITALY? then you advise SERVICE ON FLY - I MONTHLY FLY TO DUBAI WITH EMIRATES IN FIRST CLASS OR ALITALIA IN BUSINESS CLASS
For me, I am puzzled that for a monthly flyer, you do not pay attention to what type of aircraft you are boarding. On a regular frequency as you have indicated, after a few trips you will recognise certain flight attendants and crew and they you. Secondly, there is a basic rule that if you treat others politely and with respect, they will extend the same courtesies to you. Good manners does not cost anything and is applicable whether flying First Class, Business Class or Economy equally from flight attendants and crew as well as the passengers.
Emirates First Class has an excellent reputation, very modern aircraft, excellent amenities and excellent in-flight service, provided by what I can only describe as very attentive flight attendants, plus of course limousine service to/from the airport and incredible lounge facilities at Dubai. It has been a while since I have flown Alitalia, but even so, I would imagine their Business Class cabins to be of a certain standard and level of service in order to compete with their competition in the same class cabin.
What service problem have you had with the Emirates crew in First Class and the Alitalia crew in Business Class ?
I wonder, perhaps if you are writing to these Airlines with the same vagueness as you are posting here, it could be that they are unsure ( plus possibly even unaware ) of what exactly the problem or complaint is.
Can you clarify and elaborate further ?
