I saw A7-BAA (Qatar) operating a flight QTR51 from DOH to IAD. Saw it trailing over Manchester U.K. and only identified it because of my SBS-1 radar system. So in answer to your question the Qatar plane is definately going to the USA. I am yet to see the KLM one but if i do i will let you know where it is heading. Hope this helps.

Just found out that the KLM B777-300 first flight was to DXB. Dont know if this is going to be the the normal route. I have been on KLM website and tapped in dest like SFO,LAX,NRT,JFK and it's just coming up with B747-400 or B777-200. Paul

Well given time they will come to the United States when they get a few more of these machines. Sadly i fear i am now running out of time for my 747-400 fleet of KLM. Will be looking at tickets now for going in sort of April/May as i will with Madrid as well.

Hi, Just to inform you that the KLM 773 at this moment only do the flights between Dubai/AMS KL427/428 and Sao Paulo Brasil / AMS KL791/792. Last couple days it's only show up for the Dubai flight. The KLM B777-300 (77W)is currently operating on one of the AMS - DXB rotations every other day, the same on JFK, and every other day on SAO and MNL. Currently they have 2 of these aircraft with 4 more to enter the fleet.
