They want to dominate. Watch what you say about Ryanair chaps as one of mt postings on Ryanair last week was scrubbed by big brother who is watching us.

Ok Cpt Bill will do. Although we all give FR a hard time about there service etc etc. I feel I must congratulate their desk fo's for doing a great job in that the growth of the airline is rather remarkable

I don't think we should worry about what we say provided it is either a fact or our own opinion.

I think my views on this are known,

I think Ryanair is looking for places to park planes, and trying to find enough new routes to justify having so many aircraft, and all their seat sales would suggest they are struggling to fill them..... its not just for the love of giving passengers cheap seats!

I congratulate them on buying so many new planes when the prices were very cheap, and it was a brave move, but I feel they bought too big and may be regretting it now!

I agree with you EI-DUB about the way they had the foresight to buy when things were good but now as costs have risen they are struggling. Passenger numbers have dropped drastically and hence all the emails with so called great offers.

I had a conversation with a gentleman from a large UK corporate company last week who fly engineers all over Europe and he told me that due to all the hassles, cancellations, delays and general lack of interest shown by Ryanair to a company who were spending around half a million pounds sterling a year with them they now fly their staff by Easyjet and will not ever again use Ryanair.

I also heard that due to the high number of take offs and landings by their aircraft the value has dropped quite considerably so the asset value of the company has dropped.

I did take a look at their website and saw the claim made by them that they are to most on time airline in Europe. Just look at their timetables and you can see why they make this claim. They say on their time table that the flying time from PIK to STN is 1 hour and 15 minutes but in actual fact the flight lasts about 50 minutes and many other claims they make could be challenged but what the heck the general public will not be fooled all of the time and they are starting to see Ryanair for what they are.
