I've noticed some charters / LCC operate B767-200 & 300's in all Y configuration with 260 and 320 seats respectively. Are the seats 8 abreast instead of the standard 7?

yo ordguy

don't know how tight the seat's was

but i remember it was 3-4-3 because when we traveled to Palma on the B767 because there was 7 in our group ... family .... we took 2 row's 3 in front 4 behind and on the way back we got a row it went 4 of us in the middle and 3 on the left side of the plane i didn't see the right side of the plane maybe it was 3-4-2 dunno but it wasn't that tight.

Air 2000 used to have 2-4-2 until they became First choice Airways, they are re-newing there 767 fleet with newer version and are re-fitting there cabins with newer leather seats in a 2-3-2 configuration like LBIA sed... including a PVT for every passenger!

Air 2000s config on there 763's was apauling (i flew G-OOAL from bhx to sfb 3 years ago) all the pax were complaining of the old, 'manky' seats, there interior of the A/C was very old and several seats was missing the emergancy life jackets... and to top it all off the MASSIVE leg room! (not)

No wonder why people get DVT on planes they need to stop cramping them seats in
