I tend to agree on this that there could be a bit of pilot error involved in this one and I am normally the last person to blame the pilot but to have a complete braking malfunction is very very rare.

May I ask what were the runway conditions at Irkuts 9/7/06 when F-OGYP veered off the runway? Was the crew advised of any situation which might have affected the landing? Many questions come to mind - does anyone have any real facts about this accident? Any talk of blame is speculation. Compensation culture has obviously spread to the east.
