A horrible waiting area at gate 25 at SVO. Very narrow. The boarding was chaotic. EVeryone just rushed to the gate counters and they didn't care about passengers from business class, those who needs a special service and a passengers with kids. So disorganized.

Good inflight service but no water between the meals.

|
Bad turbulence during landing. Passenger with a sick kid was allowed to stay in the lavatory during the landing. No assigned belt on the screen for baggage claim.
