A THY aircraft enroute from Tirana to Istanbul has been hijacked by two Turkish passengers. It has landed in Brindisi (Italy) escorted by a couple of Italian AF F-16, following the rules of terrorism emergency. 113 on board. The hijackers want to send a message to Pope Benedict XVI, who will visit Turkey in a near future. The airport has been closed until 12pm. The Italian police have started a dialogue with the terrorists.
